VERSACOR ELITE AM

AVAILABLE IN NON-DIRECTIONAL

CENTRIA’s Versacor Elite Coating System is a premium metal coating system that provides the highest levels of protection in the harshest climatic or environmental conditions. The Versacor Elite coating system achieves this high level of performance by applying a 2-mil-thick barrier coat over a metal substrate and is available with a 25-year Coastal Warranty on aluminum substrates and a 20-year Coastal Warranty on galvanized steel substrates.

Versacor Elite AM is an excellent metallic effect color coating for corrosive architectural applications. The coating consists of a 0.5 mil clear top coat, 0.8 mil PVDF color coat with aluminum flakes applied over the 2-mil-thick Versacor Elite Barrier Coat.

  1. 0.5 mil [12.7 micron] nominal Clear Coat
  2. 0.8 mil [20.3 micron] nominal PVDF Metallic Effect Color Coat
  3. 2.0 mil [50.8 micron] nominal Versacor Elite Barrier Coat
  4. Substrate – G-90 galvanized steel, aluminum

Reverse Side Protection for Profile Series Panels:

  • As an added layer of protection for exterior walls, a 2-mil-thick Versacor Barrier Coat with a 0.5 mil polyester topcoat (201 Igloo White) is applied to the interior liner of the metal substrate to protect against corrosion.

ALLURA NATURAL STONE SERIES

CENTRIA’s Allura Coating System is a premium, field-proven fluoropolymer coating featuring a matte, low-gloss finish combined with a subtle aggregate texture. The Allura Coating System is factory coil coated, which makes it highly durable. The Natural Stone Series features three stone-like, cementitious colors that perfectly match the color and texture of stonework or masonry.
SUNDANCE MICA

A 2-coat system that provides a pearlescent appearance, and is an excellent, cost effective alternative to metallic finish systems requiring clear coats. Sundance Mica provides outstanding resistance to ultraviolet radiation resulting in exceptional color retention and resistance to chalking and chemical degradation.
CELESTIAL EFFECTS

Celestial Effects PVDF coating system offers deep, brilliant colors that shimmer in the light, giving your walls a luminous effect. Choose from six colors with extraordinary color and gloss retention on a variety of substrates. Celestial Effects coating system provides extreme weather performance and resistance to fading, chalking, dirt and stains. Available for coil and extrusion applications, its flexibility and formability allows you to add a unique aesthetic to virtually any project.
SUNDANCE AM

A premium, 3-coat fluoropolymer coating that has a special metallic effect plus a clear coat for additional protection. This coating provides outstanding resistance to ultraviolet radiation resulting in exceptional color retention as well as resistance to chalking and chemical degradation.
