CENTRIA FormaBond II Metal Composite Wall System

CENTRIA’s complete installation ready metal composite material (MCM) wall panel system that delivers dependability, convenience and value to today’s building construction. As the only MCM wall system backed by a nationwide sales force, installer network, as well as expert design and engineering support, FormaBond II receives the start to finish service, which is CENTRIA’s hallmark.

FormaBond II incorporates CENTRIA’s unique horizontal dry seal joinery to minimize water penetration and maximize ventilation. This innovated design improves the integrity of the application by reducing the chance of entrapped moisture behind the rainscreen, decreasing the potential for material degradation and mold.

FormaBond II panels use a unique drained and back-ventilated joinery design with an industry standard MCM. Panels have been tested per AMMA 509-09 requirements.

· Metal – 0.020” [.5mm] nominal thickness aluminum face and liner

· Cores – polyethylene and fire rated

· 4mm panel thickness, 2 ½” [64mm] system

· 6mm panel thickness, 2 ½” [64mm] system
