The CENTRIA Versapanel Structural Integrated Roof System is a whole new way of building roofs that combines the beauty of a metal roof, weatherproofing, insulation, and structural deck in a single, factory-built panel system that assembles quickly and easily on the job site. The Versapanel Structural Integrated Roof Panel System is designed to outperform conventional built-up roof systems.
Versapanel Structural Integrated Roof System panels feature:
- An exterior of G90 (Z275) galvanized steel, primed and coated with a durable PVDF or other finish in a wide choice of colors
- A poured-in-place core of urethane modified isocyanurate foam for insulation values up to R32 [U=0.18 W/m2K].
- An interior panel of G90 (Z275) galvanized steel that not only eliminates the need for a structural deck, but is primed and coated for use as an exposed ceiling, if desired (Please note that Versapanel will not provide diaphragm strength for building stability)
- Strong, lightweight, one-piece construction that makes panels easy and quick to install and minimizes framing requirements
- 36" [914mm] panel width with lengths to 40'-0" [1016mm] -- Longer length panels available with special considerations

Versapanel is available in three panel depths for varying insulation requirements. Minimum slope without Endlap is 1/2:12 and Minimum slope with Endlap is 1:12:
