The CENTRIA Versapanel Structural Integrated Roof System is a whole new way of building roofs that combines the beauty of a metal roof, weatherproofing, insulation, and structural deck in a single, factory-built panel system that assembles quickly and easily on the job site. The Versapanel Structural Integrated Roof Panel System is designed to outperform conventional built-up roof systems.
Versapanel Structural Integrated Roof System panels feature:
- An exterior of G90 galvanized steel, primed and coated with a durable PVDF or other finish in a wide choice of colors
- A poured-in-place core of urethane modified isocyanurate foam for insulation values up to R32
- An interior panel of G90 galvanized steel that not only eliminates the need for a structural deck, but is primed and coated for use as an exposed ceiling, if desired (Please note that Versapanel will not provide diaphragm strength for building stability)
- Strong, lightweight, one-piece construction that makes panels easy and quick to install and minimizes framing requirements
- 36" panel width with lengths to 40'-0" -- Longer length panels available with special considerations

Superior Weathertightness
Versapanel's unique double tongue-and-groove joinery, trapezoidal side seams, concealed clip system, and snap-on caps provide unsurpassed protection against moisture infiltration and leaks.
Superior Thermal Performance
With its integral core of urethane modified isocyanurate foam and an exclusive design that provides a complete thermal break between face and liner, the Versapanel Structural Roof System delivers better installed insulation values than comparably rated conventional roofing products.
Faster Installation
Versapanel's single-step installation method means that this non-mechanically seamed roof can be completed in one simple step by a single work crew. So your project gets "in-the-dry" faster -- a real advantage for today's fast-track building schedules and for when inclement weather threatens to hamper work in progress
Versapanel is available in three panel depths for varying insulation requirements. Minimum slope without Endlap is 1/2:12 and Minimum slope with Endlap is 1:12:
- 1-3/4"depth - R14.85
- 2-1/2"depth - R21.95
- 4"depth - R31.65
