Versapanel® Factory Foamed Wall Panel
The CENTRIA Versapanel Factory Foamed Panel System provides a strong, energy-efficient wall system clearly defined by bold ribs that add an attractive linear definition to large structures. Economically priced, the Versapanel System is available in thicknesses to meet a range of thermal conditions with "R" values as high as 32.
Pre-assembled, each Versapanel module is a single wall or roof unit incorporating the interior surface, vapor barrier, thermal insulation, and long-life exterior metal substrate. It is the ideal choice for high humidity conditions, highly insulated structures, and buildings requiring long spans.

- Insulated with urethane modified isocyanurate foam core in variable depths
- Factory-assembled panels can be installed in any type of weather making installation faster and easier than most other types of wall and roof systems
- Strong steel skins increase span capability for savings in support steel; They establish a vapor barrier when combined with factory- and field-applied butyl sealant
- Lightweight panels permit lighter building structures plus reduced framing support and panel installation costs
- Lightly planked interior liner works compositely with the face sheet to allow longer spans
- Concealed fasteners provide a clean, uninterrupted appearance
- Outstanding weather resistance results from double tongue-and-groove joinery and factory-applied air and vapor sealing
- A thermal break is achieved because there is no metal-to-metal contact between the face and liner
- Factory-formed metal flashing is available
- Overlapping joint structure for multi-course applications
- Batten cap is standard on roofs and optional for walls
